I'm and Alien Bee user and started with their softboxes, but quickly sold them in favor or Photoflex options. I found the PhotoFlex were easier to put together and the rod pockets are AWESOME!

I found the light to be nicely diffused. For what it is worth I use the Extra Large with a white lining and the Medium box. I also have a Half Dome strip. These are used with AB800

So what is your favorite softbox company and why?

because i can afford tons of different lighting modifiers. so far, i have a medium softbox, a huge softbox, a huge octabox, and two strip softboxes thanks to them.

I will check this brand, seems i need alot of accessories for lightings such as softboxes and umbrellas [modifiers].
