Where can I find a set for pretty cheap? Where did you get yours and for how much?

You can get some very cheap non auto tubes on EBAY- hard to use but will work, otherwise Kenkos from EBAY or Jessops own brand in the UK (if they are still doing them) or Adorama house brand in the US.

Depends on the brand really. Kenko extension tubes will allow you to use AF on your camera. Although...I shoot manual and find no real need for having AF when shooting macro. They will run you about $160 on B&H. They might be cheaper...I haven't checked in some time. Comes in a set of 3.
Hope this helps... I'm there are cheaper alternatives out there if $160 is a little high.
