Does anyone here have any experience with using wall boom like this one-

My studio is going to be quite small so space is at a premium. Your thoughts will be appreciated.

I like the idea, but in my smallish studio I'm looking to use a muslin track system that is just a few inches from the wall and attached to the ceiling. Since it will chase all three walls, the wall booms will not work for me. Otherwise, I think they would be a fine choice especially for hair and fill when placed "above" the subject or camera position.
There have been several other conversations about using autopoles for small spaces where it would be mounted from floor to ceiling and the strobe would be attached thru a superclamp and standoff.
Personally, I'm saving my quarters for a ceiling track system.

I don`t have the head room in my studio for ceiling tracks. I might buy a wall boom and just have a play with it!

Tony - I do not have any experience with wall booms, but I can figure out use of space.
My suggestion is that conventional light stands and a stand-mounted boom (with counterweight) for occasional use would probably be more versatile. A stand for use with a boom should have a fairly wide footprint for stability.
