I'm still studying to be an electrical-computer engineer, but I would certainly like to tweak or modify my Pro90 so that it performs better:
1) Remove the 0.6s lag between activating the zoom,
2) Disabling the noise-reduction algorithm when taking each image, to improve the storing speed
3) Actuating the AF-focussing LED of the Speedlite Flashes
4) Implementing distance scales on the manual focus overlay
All these features I believe, can be resolved in firmware, ah..if only Canon would listen to our wish-list, or some tech-wiz would know how to reverse engineer the software in the camera. :)
