Please let me know what you think of this mini-series from tonight's shoot. The white shirt was tricky but I exposed for the skin anyhow.

It's a great collection, definitely stock worthy. However the white shirt and paper is over-exposed, I guess that's the pay-off for great skin tone.
Also, why is his head cut-off?

Thanks, I submitted these to a stock photography website. That's actually me - I don't have any models. It was difficult going back and forth and trying to get everything right. I don't really like to leave the complete head in these types of shots, hard to explain.
I used one AB800 with a softbox, and some white boards for fill. I can take a photo of the setup if anyone is interested. I am bored.

From a graphic designer's perspective (I run a design studio) - I prefer to buy stock that gives me the most options. If stock is already tightly cropped, it's not as flexible as one which allows me to crop to suit my project.
Just something to keep in mind if you want your stock to be as saleable as possible.

IMO, I just think it would look more like you were 'closing the deal' if the paper you were fake signing had some text on it, and a place for a signature. All the shots are of a blank piece of paper, so what are you signing? That part of it is just odd to me, but I'm no pro. Thats just my $0.02
