Overseas magazines

Any of you living outside the US know of any magazines that deal with racing that may be interested in some photos from the Indy 500. The interest internationally should be pretty high. With Dan Wheldon from England and Franchitti from Scotland, Thomas Scheckter from S. Africa, I and a few from Brazil, and I am sure I am leaving out some others but right now my mind is blank.
Any suggestions?

Thanks I will check those out. I had never heard of those publications before and I knew people on this forum would know more of the local scene than I could find in an hour surfing the web.

If by chance any of my stuff is submitted and used I might want to see if you guys could send me a copy of the paper. You will be compensated for your trouble too.

Here in the UK, you have:

Motorsport News (weekly paper) (http://www.haymarketgroup.com/products/index.cfm?fuseaction=showProduct&productID=72) which is more UK motorsport focused, but does cover internatioanl stuff as well.

Autosport (http://www.haymarketgroup.com/products/index.cfm?fuseaction=showProduct&productID=68) Magazine covers all motorsport.

Racer (http://www.haymarketgroup.com/products/index.cfm?fuseaction=showProduct&productID=105) Magazine, covers CART, F1, NASCAR etc.

All three are under the Haymarket publishing group.

I get the first two most issues, so if you know that some of your shots are going to be in, let me know and I'll send you a copy of the magazine/paper.

in Germany, a publication might be Auto, Motor & Sport ... try their contact form: http://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/d?template=d_ams_kontakt

Check 'Frage an die Redaktion' (=Question for the editor) and enter the question in the box 'Ihre Frage'. The rest of the required info is basically your address.

Still, over here motorsports is very much centered around F1, European touring cars and WRC.

Damn, thanks guys. A much better response than I expected. I sent out about 4 or 5 emails last night and this morning I had one response from one of Garethhhh's links. That might turn out to be something. I haven't sent anything yet to the newest links but I will.
Andy, there aren't any Germans running in the IRL so I doubt that they will have any interest but, they might need someone local for the F-1 race. I have been to it once, non credentialed as F-1 only allows 10 credentials per country so they are very limited.
The UK listing might very well be interested in the shot of Wheldon laughing at the front row shoot.
