Snowy Egret landing sequence

My new telephoto lens arrived on Friday, just in time for the 3 day weekend. Saturday morning, I headed out to Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve to take it out for a test drive. All shots were captured a Canon 20D and Canon EF 400mm f5.6. Post processing with PS CS2. Exif data intact.

1) Air tower, this is Snowy Egret requesting permission for landing.
