Multilangual mail/contact form

I am struggeling to make a multilangual contact form.
I cann't mange to get it work.

So this is my addition to the wishlist.

A contact from that has
-CAPTCHA
-Mulitlanguality
-Automatic reply to sender (also multilangual)
