Hello all!

Put yourself in the position of "the customer". Let's say that you are a parent (which you may or may not be) of a little league baseball player. You are not super computer literate, but you want to have a picture of your little all-star as a keepsake.

You saw a photographer at their last tournament and grabbed a business card because you were in a rush to leave and didn't have a chance to order a photo on-site.

If you were to go to their website and look at the pics, do you prefer to be able to see a page of thumbnails (maybe 9 thumbs per page) and then the ability to click on a thumbnail to view a bigger photo, or do you prefer to just click through all the photos?

I am guessing the first ... but what are your thoughts?

Any other useful features that you would like to see to make your life easier at finding and ordering the photos (i..e. searching capability)?

Any insight/thoughts are welcome!

Bryan

Thumbs first... That way I can click on what interests me without taking the bandwidth to load a bigger image. Have to remember there are still folks on ancient dial-up. But also have the next/previous buttons on the page with the big photo so folks that have broadband can view each one at a time.
