Love it! Maybe just a tad too much radial blur. Its an obvious photoshop job... back off on it just a tad perhaps and I think you've a got a winner here! Fun!

I agree about the added radial blur. It was on 4 and when I set it on 3 it was to little.
I guess if I knew anything about PS, that would help too! :)

I assume you are refering to the motion blur.
I used the Lasso tool to draw a circle around the area I wanted to remain in focus. On high resolution photos you can use '250px feather' and on small res., use a feather of 50 px or so.
I then, Select>Inverse from the file menu. Then select Layer>New>Layer via copy from the file menu again, which creates a new layer with a mask.
And finally, on the new layer, go into Filter>Blur>Radial Blur and choose your degree of blur.
I hope that this makes sense, It's Friday, my day off, and the Pilsner is starting to kick in. :D

You're welcome. I just hope that what I said makes sense...or at least easy to understand and follow...lol
