... of the "Tokina" lenses?

Are they any good? Please tell me your honest opnion if you have used one yourself.

Which Tokina lenses ? Just like all manufacturers, Tokina makes great lenses along with some terrible ones, so I guess you'll have to be more specific ...

It was just a general question, but to be more precise...

I already have a Tokina ATX 80mm-400mm zoom. It has some other number on it but I am at work now, so I cant tell you exactly. I will post it later. But like I said, I just want to know what others think of the Tokina brand, since I may like to get some more lenses of that brand. Of course I would like to buy Canon lenses and most likely will in the future, but for now I am in South Korea and used lenses are pretty cheap. New Canon lenses are out of reach for me now.

So what do you all think?

What would be more meaningful to you? Its just a question and I would like to hear a response. Like I said, I just want to know what the general perception is about Tokina.

But anyway, my lens that I have now, has the following markings:

Tokina AT-X
AF 80-400
1:4.5-5.6 (72mm diameter)

So are there no other users on this forum with any experience using Tokina?
