They are pretty quick but nevertheless;
The squirrel is not in focus.
The picture is over-exposed (or how do you say that in English?)

He is right. Try to set yourself up so none of that bright sky is peeking through the branches. Auto-focus is auto-focus, and you might have to half-press the button more than once to get your subject in focus.
Otherwise, getting a good shot on a squirrell has got to be tough, those critters won't really sit still and give you time to compose, focus, adjust, compose, focus again, etc...
