G3 White Balance

I'm having a color issue with my Camera. I'm shooting
sports pics with Purple Jerseys. They come out Blue.
I have tried the different wb settings with no fix. Canon
support suggested using the custom setting. I did that
with a white card and got the same results. I'm shooting
in Raw mode, ISO 50. Any one else encounter this?
Any other suggestions. It's a lot of PS coloring to fix
my pics.

Hmm. I've had similar things happen with my G3. Purple seems to be the hardest color to get right.

I'm no pro, but the way I get the blueishness back to more of a purple is to adjust aperture and shutter settings as needed and as the light on the purple object changes. Of course, do this also affects everything else in the photo, so your best bet may be color correction once the photo is on a PC.

But again, I'm no pro, so there may be another way.
