I am about to order the Sigma. Aside for a cost difference which would you buy?

Your sig doesn't say on which body you plan on using the fisheye. The 15mm is better suited for a FF camera like the 5D. If you have a crop, something in the 8mm range (Peleng for example) or the Tokina 10-17. Personally, I have the Canon 15mm fish for my 5D...very sharp across the frame, even at the edges. I'm not very familiar with the Sigma fish, but I doubt that it would be any better than what the Canon delivers. Here's a sample pic of the Canon 15 on a 5D just to show you what its capable of:
