Well, there is a goat pasture/farm just a mile or two from my place, right in the heart of the city. :)

Apart from it not being urban, it doesn't really do anything for me. There is no real focal point, and the sky is overexposed. Try to get in closer so that there is a subject to the photo. Looks a bit tilted too, but that could just be my eyes.
