Canon Cash Back

Hi All

I have a few Canon Cash back's to send in, and you are suppose to cut a whopping big hole in your box to send off the Bar code, with receipt etc.

Rather annoying I have to cut a hole in my new shiny boxes, has Anyone just
taken a photo or scanned the box and sent a copy in of the bar codes etc.?? and had no problems getting the cash back?

I claimed the cashback a while ago on my 60mm Macro and like you I hate cutting the box up.

But I surmise if you do not follow the rules of the claim they will not pay you. If you think about the cutout from the box is one off, a scan/copy could be manipulated and other claims made.....!

Do not risk them rejecting the claim, cut it, send it, bank the money ;)

Well I managed to get a phone number, and they say, I can copy it and fax all details, but ofc till I get the money in the bank, who knows, certainly will give it a go first assuming I can get through on the fax number.
