I'm loving that 300 though! I have the 70-200 2.8L IS with the 1.4extender and I think that is just the cat's meow. I can only imagine having the 300 2.8L.

Sure, that picture is OK if you like your images laser sharp, colors vibrant, perfectly exposed, true skin tones, action frozen, bokeh buttery, peak action, ball in the frame, full face and subjects that jump off the page.

very nce show I love how the action was capture. It would have been even better it the umpire was squatting or bent. Nevertheless very nice capture.

Wow awsome, I thought my 70-200 2.8 was sharp but the 300 puts it to shame, looks like a great combo with the 5D.

Well that's a blast from the past - I originally posted the image over 1year and 3 month ago.

At the time I had just sold my Mark IIN and was waiting for the New Mark III to arrive and was using my 5D.

Maybe I should charge up the 5D batteries again ;)
