I like to shoot in angle, and i like to work in black and white photos with a touch of color. This was retouched in photoshop and this is the result.
Any comments are welcome.

You caught a very nice, relaxed expression on the young lady - obviously had her at ease. I'm not a fan of angled pictures, but that's just me; others love the technique. The coloring of the flower goes well with the gray tones in an understated sort of way. Sometimes people punch it up too strong - you held back to the benefit of the image.

You may want to take a little of the shine off her nose as I feel it makes it look a little wider than it really is. But overall this is a pretty good job - keep it up. Welcome to the forum Ly! :D - Stu

i keep looking at it and its that black part that gets me. like some big, black hole shes gonna fall in. id rather have all wall. i know some might say keep it cuz it does balance the picture, but to me nah.

but, its a really really nice shot!

Nice shot. I like the angle and the way up used selective color.

Good job.

You're right howzit... I'm one who feels the black area adds balance. Actually I feel it sets off the contrast and detail of her veil really well. The same effect could be achieved with wall, but the contrast would not not be as great, reducing the impact. I'm a contrast person. ;)

nice shot, I would keep it all black and white though.. the bit of colors directs your attention to the color, but the flowers arent even full in the picture. In all black and white the attention stais on the brides face.

The image seems a bit soft to me, if you applied a filter then I would get rid of that.

I love the pose and how relaxed she looks

I like to work with contrast too and I applied a little gaussian blur.

I think it's real nice you did a good job but do you mind me asking how do you plan to take the shine off her nose?
