I would suggest that there is too little discernible difference in the two shots. Or maybe this is just down to the size of the images and the fact I can't view them side by side.
Try adding more vignetting to the first shot and then post again.
It's a shame they are all squinting in the bright sunlight though.

I can't see much difference either. Shooting in sunlight is tough.

I would crop it a good bit tighter then do the vingette.

I'm sorry to have to say it but the shot doesn't work with or without a vignette, they all have panda eyes and two of them a squinting badly, and no one is looking at the camera.

Not the best shot. Probably too late to move them. Follow Kathy's adivce.

I dont see a difference.. but with the bride squinting from the sun it isnt really a keeper anyway.
The crop also seems odd to me, doesnt look lime any size that could easily be printed

3 points for C/C:
1) Never shoot people with the sun in your back. You get horrible squints. Shoot facing the sun and use fill flash to illuminate your subjects
2) I don't know about the composition of the picture. They're not centered, nor framed and it looks more like a snapshot than a photograph.
3) I don't like anyone's expression. The squint doesn't help. But the groom isn't smiling, he looks unimpressed. The bride is trying to smile and the young lady is playing with her pinky ring.
For the vignetting questions, I'd go for it. What you did is very subtle but it doesn't hurt the picture either. But please respect the forum rules next time you post images (max longest side = 800 pixels)
