I found these shots of the road race to be much more difficult than the criterium races the following day. With the road race you wait and wait in then in an instant the riders are going by and then gone. Not much time to try different approaches. As always comments and criticism are aprreciated.
1. At the top of the first climb.

Good deal man. I find it a sport that is really hard to come up with that peak action shot that make others go "wow". These do the sport nicely. Good deal.

All great AGAIN!

Are these on the east side highway or west, or either...LOL?

The course did run north on the east side highway from Stevensville and then up Airport rd. The first three shots are at the top of the first hill on airport road pretty much in front of the airport itself. The course then went back down to the east side highway via Dry Gulch rd and along the East Side highway until it climbed up El Capitan Rd. From there it worked its way to Hidden Valley Rd to get back to the East Side Highway. The last shots are from the downhills on Hidden Valley Rd. Glad you liked the shots.

I still LOVE that valley, the only place I have seen that I like better (other then where I live in S.E. Alaska) is the Robson Valley in B.C.

Great shots. I like the second one with the attention of the rider.
