2 mins ahead of the peloton on break on the last climb - 102+km from the start.

They came screaming down this downhill from the top of the mountain, it was insane. We could barely stay ahead of the riders.

Great shots! The third shot is amazing and I also like the 5th, 6th, and 7th very much. With my recent try at cycling road races I found it a tough sport to shoot. Your work is very nice.

After seeing alot of cycling shots, I can say that I like the angle a vehicle on the road gives you the best!

ya, a moto is definitely the way to go. A van works well for tv with huge beta cams, but the moto is just that much more manoeverable for a photographer. The only issue is the weird UCI rules about where motos can be on course etc. Very convoluted so you have to plan for it.

ie: If there is a break, say goodbye to the peloton, you cannot be in between the 2.
