Last week I photographed a wedding with a friend.. Sunny day, no clowds, around noon. When we came out of the church, we tried different setups. Took some shots under a tree, in the shadows, with an on-camera flash, ETTL. We didn't have time to setup flashes on stands so flash on-camera was the only option for flash. Then we tried some shots in front of the chruch in direct sunlight.
Both spots had their advantages but none was perfect.
Does anyone have tips on that ? Since weddings usually go ultra fast, you don't really have time to setup anything for lighting.
What do you usually do ? Hope for clowds ? :)
Thanks
