Nice shot.
I am not technical enough to comment on that, but from an aesthetic point of view I'd have the side window closed to complete the lines of the car. With it open, it breaks it up a bit. A very minor point though.

it was like 90 degrees out, I do agree with your comment but we were driving down to a porsche race and he doesnt like to run AC because it uses more gas.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I think the window comment is good critique. Also, the sign on the left side of the pic seems to be distracting as well. Now before you make any excuses, think about something first. Some things you can control when taking a pic whether you think you can or not. You may not think a blurred sign is something you can control, but if you're shooting a rolling shot such as this one you posted, take a bunch of them and figure out which one is useable after. The window should have been up and this photo would have looked a LOT better.
Just remember:

When doesn't it use more gas? It's a Porsche!
Nice shot, but I'd have slowed the shutter a bit more to get more blur. A good bean bag rest on the window may have helped you get the shot without too much blur.

Partly busted, you decide (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MythBusters_%28season_2%29#AC_vs._Windows_Down)
I also agree about the sign and window being down. Nice car though!

exposed well and there is nice amount of motion blur.
bad points - angle is silly, woul be better off flatter, the window has to be up and the sign. if I was being really picky I would say the angle of the car is too acute could do with being a bit more level with the car so you see more of the side

sorry about the darkness in the second one, I edited it on my laptop and it looked much different.

2nd one takes the cake, adjust the exposure and that's a winner

Background in #2 makes it stand out. I also like not being able to see the driver, unless that is what you are going for. Lighten up #2 like you already know you need to do and I think you have a winner.

Couple problems I have with the picture...
First....
How old is the guy driving? If he is anywhere close to my age, I will be sooo freaking jealous.
Second...
Is that a blonde woman in the passenger seat? Again, not fair.
Just keep taking pictures. When you think you've gotten the shot and your done, take a bunch more.
