Hello everyone,

I'm having some trouble importing/using video in the following programs. I can play the video in Windows (xp), but when I'm opening the video in After Effects and in Sorensen Squeeze, I get error messages:

"No such Avi Compressor"-After Effects
"Unable to read audio data"-Sorensen Squeeze

In Flash Mx, it works fine, but I would like to use it in the other programs as well...

So,,, the question is: Anyone know how to fix this problem? Does Canon use a strange audio codec or what? Do I need to update some drivers?..

Any help is appreciated,
Stig.

This is always a big issue. I must first ask, have you installed the latest version of Media Player, and installed all updates on your system? Also, try install the Nimo codec package. It has a ton of codecs that your system can use.

Here is a link:

It just might work.
