Studio Photography/Still Life

I would like to get some infomation for both studio and still life photography. Also is there a way to produce a homemade studio table and lighting system without breaking the bank im currently on a tight budget(maybe under $100.00). I know that i still have to get a flash but shopping around for one. But i do have a bogen tripod 3001d with 488rc2 head.
any info will be greatly appreciated

Looks k00l but i think you can jury rig something of the sorts for perhaps a quarter of the money.

Warman, I actually have and it cost me about $30. Made it from plastic pipes.
