I went back to the Radio Controlled Flying field I took pictures at last weekend and sold 6 pictures to a man who's plane I had been photgraphing. He then went and showed them to everyone else, and the next thing you know I was getting asked prices and other pilots were asking me to photograph their planes. The original purchaser wants to submit one of the photos to a flying magazine. It could be a busy summer. I'm psyched.

Scott

Congratulations, Scott. I imagine the Mk II is going to be quite helpful, considering the speed at which some of those things travel. The pictures you posted were certainly worthy. :!:

Wouldn't it be cheaper for You to get the prints at a photo shop ?

I pay $4 for a 20 x 30 cm print when I want it within 1 hour, if I can wait until next day or 2 days it cost $2,5, if I can wait 1 week further $0,3 can be saved per print. And thats in Denmark where we usually pay more for just about everything compared to the prices in USA.

It might be cheaper, but I wouldn't have as much control over my output. My system is calibrated, but sometimes The final print is missing something which I don't see until it prints. I can just go back and retouch. It's the cost of doing business. I can also go back and print out few pages of 4x6 photos as was just requested from the original 8x10's.

Scott
