I will be flying and need a backpack to hold the 1D Mark 2N and a few lenses. The 100-400 included. I am concerned about the height of the backpack vs. the height of the body. I want to keep a lens on it while in the bag. Most of the smaller packs say the interior height is six inches while the body is slightly higher. Thanks!

The Lowepro Slingshot 300 fits my 1D body w/the 100-400 attached, and room for just about everything else I have except the tripod and the second body. I also like how quickly I can get out the camera while still wearing the pack.

When I'm using the other lens, I can re-arrange the compartments and store the 100-400, and have a different lens attached to the body and ready to go.
