Sorry, doesn't do much for me. It looks like you just took a snapshot of one of those decorative planters.

nice and sharp but too much dead space.and u cut off part of the plant at the top.

the bottom left hand corner needs cropping. its too blurry and it made my eye keep looking at it.

Top of plants cut off. Uninteresting. Try taking from a lower perspective.

Your picture looks flat in my browser (IE7) because you have saved it with Adobe RGB colour space instead of sRGB. Given what you have I think a crop will be beneficial to lose dead space, as others have said, and it's a shame you chopped through the plant. Here's a version with a recrop and saved in sRGB. Colours should look more vivid and yet I didn't ake any adjustments other than the crop....
