Has anybody Succesfully grafted these onto a 10D or 300D? I figured they would be done the same way. But I'm not too sure.

I have one that I use on my Medium Format film cameras. It's great in low light situations, it picks up an additional 2 stops or so of brightness and makes focusing much easier. The only problems with them are that if you happen to put one in upside-down it will play havoc on focusing...you get the scene in focus through the finder but it's way out of focus on the image sensor or film plane. The other thing is that in cameras where the internal meter reads off the focusing screen, you have to make some exposure compensations.
I would think it would help the 10D finder immensely. I find the 10D finder a little dark for my liking...not so much so that it's unusable but definitely noticeable compared to my EOS3 in low light.
