Has anyone discovered a computer program easier than Photoshop that deals with the blur issue other than unsharp mask on Photoshop?

What is the blur issue?

Some of us know how to make background more blurry, and we know how to make the subject less blurry (to some extent).

Check out "Neat Image". Works well and is pretty user friendly.

I've used Neat Image for minimizing color noise, but not for anything to do with blur.

Neat image has a sharpening algorithm that tries to avoid adding noise. IMHO it works pretty well.

Check out Noiseware. It's free, does the noise thing, and it has a sharpening function also.
