Could anyone tell me what they include oin their release to photograph individuals for possible publication.

I have that printed on the backs of some of my business cards, so they are always with me. The terminology is so simple that nobody thinks of it as a legal trap of any kind. Once they sign it and give it to you, you can give them another card to keep.

There needs to be 'value recieved' for it to be completly legal. $1 US will do it.
Any release should be reviewed by a lawyer in th eState you live in.

The value received to the model is a free print that I mail to them. That's why I have to get their mailing address.
