I took this picture of my sweety in the park- I am still being shy around people so she is the only person I am not afraid to take thousands of pictures! :lol:Please, let me know what you think. I used PowerShot G6, ISO50, f 2.8 1/250 + UV+ sharpening and cropping in Photoshop

nice considering the lighting, bit blown out in spots but overall not bad.
Biggest thing is that its too tight a crop.
seeing all of both arms and the rest of the hat would make a better image.

strmrdr, Thank you! The reason I had to crop that much: I used .45 wide angel conversion lens and UV + PL filters and that made my corners black, adding to it FAST moving subject like my daughter!!!! But, looking overall at my shots over a period of time- I can tell I LOVE cutting top of the heads and body parts off my models...hm.. I should work more on fixing it. I think it happens a lot cause I focus my attention on eyes and face expressions more then on overall composition... Any suggestions?

practice practice practice.
Spend a few hours just shooting away paying attention to it then after a while it becomes automatic.
