Tripod Legs for a 10D

Ok I got my Bogen Tripod Head(3039) and love it Buttttt It wont fit on my Slik Legs the stud is too small. I knew the head would be over kill but was gonna use the legs for a few weeks until I get new legs. So now I need a set of legs and want to know how much weight it should be rated for. I Shoot the 10D and will eventually will have the 70-200 f/2.8 L but unsure how much weight my legs should be rated for. I will be using it both in and out of the studio. If you know of a model # of the legs I should get I would appreciate it. Denny

For about $1.95 you can buy a brass spacer that screws into the new head to bring it to the size of the screw on the legs.
