Tee Why

Just went back to Travel Town (a small museum in Griffith Park in Los Angeles) dedicated to old trains. I've been falling in and out of favor with the Lensbaby 2.0 with the wide angle adapter to bring the FOV closer to 50mm on a FF.
But I think my lens is faulty. Have a look and see. ;)
1. I think it's decentered, just look at the soft right side!

2. Yikes, look at the flare and I didn't even include a UV filter! Plus look how soft the foreground is, EXIF f2.0, Tv-don't know.

3. This is a warning/safety sign, but again, the soft right side. I think it's decentering. Probably the plastic tube that holds the lens element may be misaligned as I see it drooping down from gravity.

4. Nope, it looks like it's decentering the other way to the left.

So what do you think? Should I send it into Canon to get it recalibrated with the Lensbaby???
