Does anyone know if it's OK to manually adjuct focus on Sigma's two-step focussing ring if it's still switched to AF. I've lost my manual and I have a funny feeling that you can, but obviously don't want to damage it. I have read that you can cause damage doing this, but i think it might have been referring to resisiting the motor rather than manual adjustment.
