Background Lighting?

Ok, I can light my backgrounds for bust shots but how do you light them for full body shots with out haveing fall out on subjects. My lighting equipment is as follows. (2) Photogenic Powerlight 1250's (1) Alien Bees 800 and a Medialight XL600, also have Canon 550EX and Vivitar 283.

I like using the photogenics as fill and main because so easy to switch ratio from Left to Right.

Can I light it with one light, do I need honeycomb grid, if so what degree.
