Nice shot. I can only suggest what you probably can't do without getting wet and keep the composition. Shift the whole thing 20% to the left, right margin being about where the windsurfer to the right is, giving the guys to the left somewhere to go.

First I hope I'd taken that shot! Then I'd have zoomed in a bit, (kept the sun in the pic), & turned to the left as John_T pointed out. Always try to give your subjects 'some room to move'. (I may have run to my left to keep the sun there in the corner - I know, no time! But you saw the pic happening & you need to keep shifting & anticipating the action).

What would you have done different?
Then I would have gone out and sold it!

Thanks for the hint but the fact is that all kite surfers are going to the right and not to the left. What you see on the left are the kites. the surfers hang about 20-30 meters below. If I had moved more to the left one would see the beach and I did not want that in my picture.
