Adding Photo's

I have a many photos preapred for the earlier version of the engine, where you ftp'd them directly and then told Exhibit where to find them.

Can I still use this method rather than the upload. If so how.

Yes, this is how i do it. Just FTP them into the ../UPLOAD folder. After a refresh of the UPLOAD TO DATABASE within the EE2 admin page they appear where you else see the red flagged EMTPY DIRECTORY LISTING.... I hope this is what you meant with "directly"
