Nurburgring 24hr

The 35th running of this legendary race and it was a cracker.
Thanks to Dan for allowing me to tag along with the contingent of British marshals. Despite the weather - I've never seen thunder / lightning / hail like it and fog that red flagged the race for only the second time in it's history - and the crazy drunken spectators, it really was a great experience.

Forno: There's a few night shots in my gallery but I struggled to get any decent ones and was having problems with my flashgun :(

@ despot: Did you see the crash of the no 229 Civic and the no 101 Golf during the final lap just outside the Karussel actually happen or just the aftermath. Some great shots guys, Ireally liked the sequence of the aftermath of us lot sorting out the mess before the Course cars got there. Nice to see the British Marshals doing what we are best at. Also liked the two pictures of me surrendering. Just for the record I was very aware that non of us had our gloves on since we had be Flag marshalling, and the bit i was pushing was quite jagged. Why does everyone always capture me doing something that looks stupid??? :(
It was an awsome week, and I can't wait for next year, Andy (Despot) and Kev (Melita) already have thier dibs on the spare tickets,
and I have ordered my Rosetta Stone German Lessons already. Best motorsport weekend I have had in the four years or marshalling, this year just goes from strength to strength.
