This is more a colour printer prob than a camera fault but I really hope somebody can help.
It would help if I could post a pic here but I'm not sure how.
I am using a Power shot A95 and my printer is an Epson Stylus Photo RX600
The printed results seem biased colour wise to the blue green spectrum
It's particular noticeable in a particular photo I'm trying to print.
Imagine a dark pond with bright green water lily leaves on it and the pink lily bloom....
On the computer screen and in reality the water is drak grey black so there's great contrast with the leaves and flower
Yet in my prints the dark water is all greeny - almost the same colour as the leaves - rather like a pond with green weed on it!
I have been into the advances settings on the printer and tried adjusting the cyan colour to less etc but I am unsure how to adjust those sliders because it doesnt say more geenish or less greenish etc. How does one know which of six colours change things?
Why is there not some auto setting which sets printer to the same colours as the photo? Too straightforward I guess!
Please can anybody help in simple language.
I am sure the other settings are correct - right paper and always top quality photo settings etc.
How can I get the water black?
Thanks
Dave
