I was kicking around a second camera as a back up to my 10D, I owned a 300 for about a month and liked it but got bit by the bug and jumped to the 10D and sold my Rebel. I have not had or heard anything on the D60 and was wondering the high points on it vs the rebel for a back up.
Thanks
TC

D60: Low-light focus sucks. AF on 10D is a bit better. D60 has AI servo and all that stuff that the 300D does not have. If you're used to the 10D I'd recommend a D60 over the Drebel.

Interesting link. In light of that, one might consider waiting a couple of months and grabbing a used 10D.

- The 300D has improvement in noise control when using high ISO;
- Autofocus speed may also be an issue;
- And it may be important to note (as stated in the spec.) for the small buffer of 300D. And I feel that the 300D writes to the card slower than the D60 (no actual test myself).

Why not get another 10D they are dropping in price by the week. You could also look at getting a 10D second hand, used prices on these aren't a hell of a lot more than a D60.
