I've heard of Balboa Park, but never Balboa Peninsula. Where is that exactly?

All I know is it is south of Newport beach area. My daughter in law gave me the info, it could well be the Park

Yes .. its Newport Beach. The peninsula is what makes Newport Bay .. well .. a bay.
