Help with name

So I'm trying to come up with a name that I can use as my signature and even for a possibility of a business in the future. I'm trying to decide if I should have my brother make a custom signature for my photos but I have to come up with the name. ANy ideas? My name is Teresa Randolph. Some ideas I have either including my name or not are:

Randolph Photography

Capture the Moment Photography
Creative Expressions by Teresa
Creative Expressions Photography

Don't you have a registry of business names in the US to check if the name you are interested in is taken? There is one in Australia and if the name you want is taken or too similar to another business name you cannot register the business name unless you are using your name as the business name.

My pick from the list above is Creative Expressions Photography (second pick Teresa Randolph Photography)

Really, guess its hard to see my name just splashed out there like that but I may have to do it. I just googled some of the others and they exist out there already! Maybe should have done that first!
