Nice frame filling shot - might be inclined to give it a little boost on the contrast though in PS as its looking a tad flat at the mo!

For surf shos, it must be hard to get the exposure right. Lots of white and lots of sun. Good action shot, but some 'hot' areas.

Tall_Paul, I'd welcome help with the pp on this shot. When I try to up the contrast, I darken the face; since the surfer is a friend of mine I wnat him to be recognizeable. MikeI nailed my problem -- I'm shooting at a south-facing beach, and it's always backlit there.
