I think the first one is the best, great composition, but it the classic situation when the sky is bright and the ground is not and so the sky has been blown out to preserve some detail of the ground. A graduated ND filter would have helped here or merged multiple exposures.
You might also try Highlights and Shadows in photoshop if you have it to bring out more of the shadow detail.

I like two also. The rocks lead your eye into the frame. It draws a nice line up to you mill. I love the reflection on the water.

I used a polarizing filter to try an help the sky. I def need a ND filter.
