"Crumpled Paper" PluIn, Filter or Technique

I am looking for a PluIn, Filter or Technique/Tutorial that gives the appearence of crumpled paper - the result I want is that of looking like the print had been crumpled into a ball, then flattened out. I have PSCS and PSE2. It does not have to be freeware.
