Ok, I'm going break the mold and make a suggestion! I do like it as it is, but if it's a crop, or if you can re-shoot I'd move the frame a tad to the right, just enough to get rid of the fold in his shirt by his right armpit.

That little area of dark is a bit distracting, and in my opinion detracts from the impact.

I partly agree with Calis. The dark area is a bit to dark. I would prefer a little bit more detail in the dark part of his hair.

I also like the camouflage shirt, althoug I do not think I would ever wear it :) (what color is it?)
