Looking for C&C, 6 month old

What do you guys think. I think my six month old really likes the camera.

I just got a softbox from Alien bees so I had to give it a shot. Shot on my 5D with a 24-70.

Here's one more... I can't seem to get enough separation between Jamie and the BG.

Love the rembrandt lighting in the last shot (and the first one too); and the expression is a classic too. Jamie is a natural model.

lighting looks just a bit hot to me.
You would get better skin tone diffusing the light some.
It works fine in the second one because his face is further away and shadowed a bit.

Jillybean- It was about 45deg to HER right pointing down at about 45 deg.

strmrdr- I think I messed up the skin tone in PS. I took some red out but my monitor isn't calibrated. I think if I would have used a reflector for some fill I could have lowered the output on the main.

Seriously I absolutely love #2, can't wait for my daughter to learn her feet so I can't take a shot like that. Although I love his expression in #3, I find the background too bright for my liking.
