Youth Baseball-Road to Rosenblatt

Omaha is the host to the Mens NCAA Baseball College World Series. Each year a youth baseball tournament named "The Road to Rosenblatt" is held during the CWS. Teams from across the country come to the Omaha area to compete in the tourney and to get a chance to see the College World Series. Tickets to the CWS are included in the teams entry fee for the tourney.

My son's team played in the tourney this year but didn't fair too well, they went 0-4. :cry: While he was playing third base I got a shot of him making a throw to first. I had noticed a group of younger ball players watching the game from the fence behind him. They are waiting with anticipation to get on the filed to play their next game! It was a great atmosphere.

Nice. I think I'd have kept his foot in the frame or cropped tighter. Actually, I'd simply have been happy to have gotten the shot. :-)

Red- I didn't crop anything off the bottom of the shot, I merely missed getting all of him in the frame. :mad: I do like the idea of cropping tighter, I'll have to give that a try. Thanks for taking a look and providing feedback.

Ronnie- Field of Dreams is what I thought of also when I saw the kids show up at the field. Thanks for your comments. Don
