First time using Photomerge in photoshop. I tried matching the two images as close as i could before the merge. Any C&C welcome. :)

It's OK, but there's a halo around the ship & the colors look a bit flat? Try selecting the edges like this & doing the merge by hand. See Selecting areas in PS in post #9.
